Can’t say much yet about the boots and their wearability/quality, but I can say the packaging and customer service are nice features. The boots came really nicely packaged but were too large (even using their size chart). Sent them back and immediately was credited with a gift card to get the size right the second time. Only bummer was they don’t cover return shipping, which is honestly significant if you don’t live in AU.
4 stars because everything seems great except for the size chart and return shipping costs.
I bought the boots for my granddaughter in the Netherlands for her 19th birthday. She only wanted the Ugg Originals, searched your website and made a choice. The way i feel like I’m walking on clouds with these slippers on. They need to shut down the other UGG because it’s a rip off. Definitely worth the coins here and the wait. They were transparent about the long wait too because I ordered in December I believe and just received them in April

I just got my Ugg boots. It was a perfect fit. I got navy blue and I love the color. They are so soft and comfortable. They are a little pricey and it took several months to get here. But they are hand made with the highest quality. I absolutely love them. The packaging was awesome. If you are gonna get a pair you need to make sure it’s from here and not a knock off place. As announced when ordering, I had to wait to get them, but I was always informed of the various production stages. They arrived perfectly packaged and perfect invoice.
Due to my mistake, I ordered too small a number and, not wanting to ask for a change, I had to give them the long-awaited UGGs to my daughter, but that's okay.
The only flaw, I was not notified of the delivery day and that I would have to pay for it. Anyway, excellent experience. I will order a new pair in the right size as soon as possible.

I have a pair of short Uggs (US brand) from last year and it is laughable when you compare them to these Uggs from 1974. The 1974s are SO MUCH plushier, if that’s even a word. They are higher quality, beautiful, and worth the shipping/manufacturing time required.
I ordered my Uggs classic mids in the color raisin and I absolutely love them. I did have to wait 3.5 months to get them. Absolutely Worth The Wait. They fit like a glove, the color could not be more perfect and I was pleasantly surprised with a leather label on the back. They are so soft and comfortable. I ordered these in Jan and well worth the wait. They arrived just in time for my birthday and are now my favourite pair of shoes (I have to be firm with myself that perhaps wearing them to a dress up girl dinner is not the go.) Bought the lilac one as a gift. Looks exactly like the picture, and the color is very saturated. I’m told they feel heavenly. Definitely going to purchase more.
